My Weekend started with visiting a park I had never visited before which was Wicksteed Park, Here's a view of the Main Big Coaster they have
Its a Pinfari Coaster, and these tend to be quite good, sure they are not much to look at, but they usually pack a nice punch for a small ride
Unfortunutly I was'nt going to know how this one would ride as it was closed, seems some testing in the morning brought up some problems, and it failed to operate
I didnt stay around to see if it opened, so left the park after about 1hr, It would have been nice to ride it, but its not a huge deal
At least the other coaster is operating OK,A Ladybird Kiddie Coaster, nothing special, but 3 laps round for the pleasure though

They also have Pirate Ships here(Yep 2 of them) Unfortunutly only one was working, However I think they only used to have one pirate ship and one of them is new this year, and it decided to brake down when all the press turned up, Oooppsss
Would have been really cool with both of them running together, Oh Well
Time to explore what other rides the park has, And as always What park wouldnt be complete without a Carousel
They Also have a Lazer Dome which you do have to pay extra for, I didnt bother trying to wait around to try it though

WOW, these types of rides are brilliant fun, Only seem something like this in Germany and I've actually heard these are the only types of ride to exist in the UK, So you get pulled up that lift hill, and then released at the top to splash into the water below, Its supringly good fun for what it is
