FlamingoLand Pics Page 2

An overall front view of the ride. Also note the ride does not have 2 trains despite previous rumours it would be

A great overall view of the ride from the cable cars, why did that dam tree at the back get in the way of the back half of the ride though

One Final Overall view

Another main reason of the ride was to say goodbye to magnum as it leaves at the end of the 2005 season

Again this would have been a great photo if it had not been for that tree blocking part of the loop,Dam you tree

Its going to be a shame to see magnum go, but I think its ran its course well, its also getting rather rough, and they do still have a lot of problems with it(Trains getting stuck on the brake run etc)

A great view of the ride from the cable cars

Goodbye Magnum, We will still miss you. Incidently it seems the area that magnum sits in will be used to put more animals in

This ride is also new for 2005,Its basiclly a giant Disco ride(So bigger than the usual versions) which is the first of its kind available anywhere

Sadly this ride was closed all day today though :(

Bit of a shame it was closed as I really wanted to try it,However maybe next time we might be lucky

You can get some great views from the cable cars. Here's the lost river ride, also there is now added themeing this year which they couldnt manage last year as they didnt have the budget

This ride has replaced the Top Gun attraction which disappeared this season,Also in the background you can see the Wild Mouse,Drop Tower,Dodgems and Carousel

The balloon ride is the one nearest to us, and thats the corkscrew coaster in the background which is a good ride, Once again though, those trees are doing everything they can to spoil my good pictures

So here we can see the Dodgems,Twister and Waltzer, these rides were all moved here to make room for new rides(The Disco) and to move around others. Also these rides are only in a temporary position and could all disapear complety in 2007 for a possible Wooden Coaster

The Dodgems with the Wild Mouse and Disco in the background

The Drop Tower and Tidal Wave to the right

Another view of the Wild Mouse and Disco in the background

One final view of the Lost River Ride
