And here is a Boat about to enter the very evil backwards drop again, One word of Advice, Dont ever sit in the back seat on this ride unless you want to get soaked on this particular section
Here is where you start the ride, You go out of the station, and the track tilts up to lift the boat down the drop
Unfortunutly this was the site of Storm Force 10 at approx 3PM when the ride broke down and a evacuation had to be made

This is how Maelstrom stayed like all day, we kept checking on the ride constantly in the hope it would be working, but sadly it never did :(
Why couldnt this ride have stayed closed all day instead of Maelstrom
Klondike enters the turn that leads into the Vertical Loop, Operations were slow on this ride as there was only 1 ride op doing both the unload section and loading section
oh dear, not again, this time Pirate Adventure gets the maintenance treatment, this ride was working for most of the day though
The Super Dragon Rollercoaster
This was coaster number 178 for me, How exciting
An overview of some of the park, on the left you can see Maelstrom, and in the background is the Super Dragon Coaster along with Robinsons Land which is the Kiddie Area
So for anyone that hasnt been to Drayton Manor Park, You might be wondering what else is there at the park, Well there is this delightful Train Ride that takes you on a tour around portions of the park
There is also a nice looking Carousel
There is also another Pirate ship in Robinsons Land this time for Kids
I think this was the Flying Jumbos Ride which again is for the kiddies, you can also see some Slides in the background which didnt appear to be open though
There is also The Golden Nuggets Ride which is a ride where you have guns and shoot at targets, the only drawback to it though is thats its rather short, and most of the guns dont seem to work half the time
This is the PaddleSteamer, As far as I am aware I dont even think this was operating today either as I didnt see it go round
The Frog Hopper, I've actually ridden of these kiddie versions before and they are actually good fun :)
The Flying Dutchman Ride in action

This is the Sombrero Ride in Action, I think the themeing for it looks really look, and the ride experience as well is quite good too
The Big Wheel
This is the Pirate Raft Ride which again is for the kids, infact I think it was an exact copy of the SeaStorm Ride at Chessington
