To start off this Picture Update, here are some construction shots of the new Hotel, I presume this will be the main entrance

Some more construction still going on at the new Hotel, Incidently after having a nice chat with a Security guard he was saying the project is behind schedule and will not open on June 1st, The New Opening Date is now rumoured to be 1st July
This is how close you can get to Air while taking pictures, this was taken on the Fasttrack exit path, Its also great to stand here for a while and just witness people's reactions while being on the ride going up the lift, you can often get some hilarious results
And this is the closest you can get to Nemesis while taking a picture, this was taken behind a fence near to the end Helix :)
It seems that Duel has been braking down quite a lot since it opened so Alton have put this sign up to warn people which I think is a good idea as they done the same for AIR last year too when it had a lot of problems
The Ribena Berry Bish Bash. New for 2003. Its similar to Dennis's Madhouse at Chessington
This nice bit of themeing has also appeared outside the attraction probably to promote it more
An Exclusive look inside Ribena Berry Bish Bash, this shows some of the Guns on one side of the building, Basiclly you collect all the Soft Balls you can in a bag, Go to a gun and use the balls to blast at People on the other side.
Another Look inside the Attraction, That big thing in the middle is the Berry Mixer, at various times It will blast a mountain of balls high into the air. Also to the right is a huge Gun which you can also use to blast Balls at People. There is also a slide to the left hand side to get down to the bottom level. There are also other Various Guns you can put balls into which will blast balls out at a Fast Pace. It looked great fun but I was'nt allowed a go unfortunutly :(
Alton have also installed this Bungee Trampoline Thing for 2003, Thorpe also installed one this season
Engergizer or BoneShaker as its now called in all its Glory, At least the themeing is nice in its new home
Unfortnutly the ride was'nt being run on a great setting today, When the ride was relocated here, It was set back on an intense mode but today it didnt seem that good as usual
We will start to finish off the update with a few various general shots of Alton. Here is a shot of the Rapids and if you look carefully there was someone standing up in that boat when I took this picture, Naughty Naughty

Enterprise in Action, It seemed to operate quite smootly which is something I cant say for the Thorpe Version
Oblivion enters the Final Turn, and oh yeah this ride also operated smootly all day too :)
Ripsaw in all its Glory, The Ride op operating it today was a bit evil and drenching the Riders especially the Front Row People
This is a shot of the Corkscrew taken towards the end of the day. I took it because it shows an empty train and I was puzzled why???? The Queue was still fairly long at this point and It was filling up both trains for most of the day as well so I couldnt work it out. this happened for 3-4 cycles before I left so I dont know if they started filling it up or not
Ever wanted to eat a Baguette at a theme park, Have it freshly cooked and have it ready in just 3 mins, Well now you can with the Baguette Vending Machine located outside the SkyRide station in UggLand, Whatever will they think of next???????
